Men's 5-a-side Football masterclass is open to all and will be focused on technique and fundamentals with analytical and situational trainings that will land you to face up real game situation.
You will develop both coordination (body balance, reaction and orientation) and conditional (strenght, speed, mobility and endurance) skills.
