Weightlifting: snatch and clean and jerk

During this workshop you'll get to know all the secrets of the two fundamental weightlifting gestures in a theoretical and practical way: the snatch and clean and jerk.
The day will take place as follows:
- from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm - Snatch;
- from 12:30 pm to1:30 pm - Lunch break;
- from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm - Clean and jerk;
- from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm - Questions;
TRAINER: Angelo Pio Santoro - Bachelor degree "Scienze tecnica e didattica dello sport", olympic wheightlifting trainer, high level master degree in olympic wheitlifting FIPE.
SPECIAL GUEST: Filippo Guadagnini - student of Computer Science and Engineering enrolled in the Dual career programm of Politecnico di Milano, athlete of Pesistica Bussolengo, -73 weight category. Filippo participated in the Campionati Italiani Assoluti conquering a silver medal in the snatch in 2020, a bronze medal in the snatch and a gold in the clean and jerk in 2023. He obtained the title of Olympic Weightlifting Coach.

CALISTHENICS MOBILITY Training

Stretching and mobility bring numerous benefits to the practice of Calisthenics, during this event you will be able to experiment with them and test yourself with some of the main skills of the discipline. The workshop consists of a mix of teaching techniques to increase mobility and the practice of Calisthenics exercises. The training can be modulated for all levels and can be replicated independently, so that it can be integrated into the participants' personal training program.

HOURS: from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
